i'm thinking now, we do a backlit magic thing on this one.. .but here were some ideas for some pretty puppetesque/popup book solutions for engulfing the church in flames...
are you meaning incorporate a backlit section into a mostly front-lit piece? if so, i as thinking the same thing! just not sure how to execute it but man that could be pretty fucking effective.
